Website presentation guide

This guide has been developed primarily for staff in Concordat signatories to give presentations about the website either to their own staff, other audit, inspection and review bodies, or healthcare providers. This guide assumes a general familiarity with the Concordat, its aims and principles.

It is designed to be used as a general aide-memoire when discussing, presenting or in training on the Concordat website. The larger part of the guide focuses on the scheduling tool element of the website; this part of the site is the most likely to be of interest to most audiences, and is the part of the site with the greatest functionality.
