Good practice is shared
The NHS Litigation Authority has developed a database of good practice in achieving its risk management standards and shares this information with trusts on request. NHSLA publications and training events highlight good practice, and encourage improvement, innovation and learning from experience.
Disseminating good practice
All Value for Money reports published by the National Audit Office (NAO) highlight examples of good practice. The NAO regularly organise conferences to disseminate the good practice more widely. In addition, staff who speak at other conferences use the opportunity to disseminate good practice. The NAO also uses its website to promote other examples of good practice.
