All NHS Litigation Authority assessment reports include a section to identify good practice.  In addition, progression through the NHSLA standards is rewarded by an increasing risk management discount from contributions (premiums) paid to its risk pooling schemes.

Improvements in private and voluntary healthcare

Independent Healthcare inspection reports produced by the Healthcare Commission, include sections highlighting year on year improvement and notable practice.
