A number of concordat signatories publish their findings. For example:
All reports of care services conducted by the Commission for Social Care Inspection are published and available on the internet. Service inspection reports are also published.

Annual reports on individual providers are published on the Mental Health Act Commission’s website once finalised. Individual patient letters and ward summaries made quickly available to those concerned.
All reports produced by the National Audit Office are laid in Parliament and published by order of the House of Commons by the Stationery Office. The published reports are also sent to relevant stakeholders.
