Barriers to joint working and information sharing

An independent review of legislative barriers to joint working and information sharing was commissioned on behalf of concordat signatories during 2005. The report concluded that there are no significant legislative barriers that could hinder progress on the Concordat’s action programme. The report was published in July 2005.
