Health and Social Care Concordat Forum
The implementation of the Concordat is led and monitored by the Health and Social Care Inspection Forum, which is chaired by the Healthcare Commission. The membership comprises the Chief Executive Officers (or equivalent) of signatories to the Concordat, together with observers from other organisations, such as the Better Regulation Executive.
The Concordat is a voluntary agreement and in the main, is policed through self and peer review.
