Welcome to Concordat Activity Scheduling

This part of the website is intended to act like a ‘dating agency’ enabling people to contact each other where they have similar interests. We expect it to be of use to healthcare staff (in NHS trusts and registered independent healthcare providers in England) and staff in the signatory organisations. It is a one-stop-shop showing which inspection, audit and review activities are planned, where, and when. Some organisations carry out unannounced visits – details of these are only available to registered site-users (identified Concordat signatory staff) before the activity date.

Where available, reports and recommendations associated with activities are shown too.

Signatories have agreed to check this site before deciding on new activity and to coordinate new activity with any already planned. We hope other organisations that inspect, audit or review healthcare will also make their plans available on this site and use it to coordinate their activity.

Contact details are provided so that individual activities can be discussed. The ‘contact us’ link at the top of the page can be used to ask questions about signatories, the Concordat or to provide feedback. Please let us know if you think activities are being scheduled without consulting this site or if you have ideas about how we can improve it.

Reports posted on this website are made available for information: to enable better coordination of signatory activity. Each report has been prepared for a specific purpose at a specific time. Information in the reports should not be taken out of context.  These reports should lead to change, to improvement in services provided to patients and the public, there can be no guarantee that the information contained in any report is still accurate at any time thereafter. Up to date information about the subject of a particular report may be available via the contact recorded on the activity details.
